I did good for 5 weeks. Five weeks of not sweets and yesterday afternoon, I failed. I got this M&M bag ... not the small one ... a bigger one and I sat in my sofa to work! Yes, laptop ready, planning classes, business, money, texting to a friend/costumer about her daughter birthday party ... and I realized that I ate almost half of the bag!!!! 😱😳 they were yummy! LOL but not even half hour later, I literally crashed in the sofa! I woke up when kids came back so I slept for a least 5 hours! Barely got up did a few things and crashed again so I slept another 6 hours. So I wonder ... was the sugar that crashed my system? I’m still having hard time to start my day! Or I was literally exhausted? Or a mix of both? Right now, I feel like I could lay back and fall sleep in minutes! Crazy isn’t!? Well, today, I’ll start my week again, eating healthy and those M&M will have to leave my house! Haha!
But honestly, sugar is so bad! I think I’m my case was a mix of things but sugar really slow down my body. Super crazy.
Oh! Btw ... these were special! Hahah! They are dark chocolate! .
