I'm taking a minute to reflect on the first 3 weeks of Round 2 of this 80 day program. I have lost 2 pounds even after not following it as strictly as I did the first time. I'm also lifting heavier this time around which was one of my goals--progress.
🔹 ate & drank off plan (birthdays, conference, Mother's day to name a few)
🔹 had to start week 2 over because of missed workouts
On the other hand:
🔹 never had an off plan day, just one meal a day (there's gotta be some control)
🔹 I substituted other workouts while I was at #conference (forgot my loops and slides)
🔹 walked a lot while in #Denver
🔹 lots of water!!!
We all have real lives with events that cause us to "fall off" sometimes. That doesn't mean you shouldn't still keep pushing forward and working on yourself. Really, the "if I'm not going to be able to be 100% on track, I might as will not do it at all" excuse is just a bunch of BS. .
A new group of thousands is starting this program again on Monday, June 4th. The #trainer and creator will be on the Today Show and is hosting a group to answer questions and give tips.
