Today is national Peanut Butter Day so I’m reposting these epic bakes I made with the might @manilife_ 💪💪 Little Easter Creation I made last year ... these were pretty mental, Double Peanut butter ManíLife (dark and original) Chocolate cakes..... 😍#foodporn
Recipe and instructions ....INGREDIENTS
1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, rinsed and drained
100g Manilife Original peanut Butter
100g Manilife Dark Peanut butter (for the topping)
1 bar Dark Chocologic
40g maple syrup or agave nectar
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
....combine all ingredients except the chocolate and dark peanut butter..
Blend it all,
Seperate into individual pots
Bake for 12 mins at 180 degrees
melt bar of chocologic into 100g Dark Manilife Peanut Butter
Remove cakes and make a hollow for the topping...
Fill with choc peanut butter!
Fridge to set!!
Serving suggestion, microwave for 30 secs to make it soft and enjoy !!
