I’ve always prioritized fitness. I quickly recognized that i not only appreciate the physical benefits I moreso need what it delivers mentally- I’m less stressed, make cleaner food choices and am an all around better wife, mom, colleague and friend.
Life is busy, actually crazy, and there will forever be not enough time and not ideal circumstances, but when you start to recognize the value fitness delivers you you get creative, and make it a priority, and guess what? when you do, there’s always time and almost always a way. Go get it👊🏻
