A week and a half without soda/caffeine.
It’s been almost 2 weeks without pickles (I had to give those up after I had an unbelievable amount of water retention in my face).
I started walking today (I’m walking before I run because I’m almost positive that running would be bad for my knees at this weight)
I was able to do a push-up, correctly, for the first time in my life. It’s time to lose 100lbs.
I was finally able to do a plank again, today.
