As part of the #ifthaartreat I made Thurki Pathiri today. Loosely translated as Turkish dumpling; it has nothing to do with Turkey except that it looks like Turkish Caps/Minarets and us #Malabaristas are creative like that 💁🏽. It is usually made in 2 or more layers, where one dumpling is filled inside another larger dumpling, and also has a whole egg instead of the quartered egg I used 🙃. I haven't decided about doing the next layer- I might not even. But that's what it is for today.
