Made some banana pancakes today for breakie and it got me thinking....It's so true..you can't out train a bad diet. .
When you think of the words "bad diet" you might automatically think of junk food but for me "bad diet" means not eating enough, drinking too much coffee not drinking enough water and not getting enough sleep. And no matter how well you train having a bad diet can effect your mood, your skin and your overall health and wellness.
For those that have been following me for awhile will know that over the past 12 months I've focused alot on my training/ working out and finally made it part of my lifestyle. I train in Lift Training Studios 4 times a week and go to spin at flyefit 2-3 times a week. I love it but I know my diet has to change if I want to get the best results. So today it started, I'm back on it. Starting to track what I eat, making time for food, cutting down on the amount of coffee I drink, drinking more water and making sure I switch off and get sleep at night.
It's time to get the balance right🏋🏼♀️🍴😴 Next week I'm going to track my Food, Fitness, Mindset and Sleep. I think writing it down everyday will make me stay accountable. Let's see if I can crack food, sleep and mindset like I have my fitness 😉👍
Your health is your wealth and it's so important to focus on both inside and out.
