Warm up- 3 sets of 15 dips and 20 push-ups
45 Second break in between each set!
1st Exercise: Cable flys 4x20,16,12,10
2nd Exercise: Incline dumbbell presses 4x12,10,8,6
3rd Exercise: Decline Barbell Press 3x10 Heavy
4th Exercise: Incline Cable flys 3x15 slow and controlled, 1 second contraction hold
5th Exercise: Dumbbell pull overs 3x15,12,10
6th Exercise: Flat barbell press 4x10 with 135lb 3 second pulse at the bottom!

Abs: 3 round circuit! 30 seconds each and 1 minute plank
1 Exercise: Around the world leg raises
2 Exercise: Russian Twist
