My new kettlebell arrived today and according to the box I will need help lifting it 😂 Controversially I’m not really hitting the gym much at the moment and have been doing far more swimming and cycling and a few kettlebell circuits. I have been a bit under the weather and finding that I was struggling to recover so just had some time off the heavy gym work and have actually enjoyed doing some things I haven’t done for a while. So my 12kg kettlebell is now redundant and I’m moving up to the 16kg...I know crazy weights 😂 Unlike my partner in crime @taylormadefitnessherts I am not all about the reps and usually don’t do this kind of training, but I’m loving the change of pace so am going to keep at it for a few more weeks and see how my body reacts... True fitness adapts to your life, it doesn’t put you in a box. I am not an athlete and unless you are (and actually even if you are there is rarely only one way to do things) you have the scope to change and adapt your training to fit with your life.
