I literally have some interesting luck! Yesterday guess who burned herself again?! Gotta love it, food and nutrition is not for the clumsy! Got 4 fingertips and part of my right palm this time, all will heal. But I slept in for my only day off this week and I'm getting ready to de-hunting season this house. Seriously the poor thing is so neglected by the time it's over! But first my time, because I'm my number one priority! I think some nice cardio and stretching will get me feeling up to par and reduce the usage of my hands in exercises for the time being. #clumsyredhead #hotmess #huntingseason #makeyouapriority #workingoutismystressreliever

I lost track of how many exactly but I’m guesstimating close to 150. 😳 These are all from the 2nd half of the workout so most are the advanced moves, except those Sphinx blasters. I tried the advanced and about fell on my face. 🤣

As I woke up this morning I was reminded that I should be THANKFUL that I have my health and can physically work out. 🧘🏼‍♀️ So I rolled out of bed 🛏 and got it done even though I really wanted to hit snooze! 😴
We need to start our mornings with a THANKFUL heart ❤️ and be happy 😊 with what we have!!! Too many times we play the comparison game and get ourselves in a rut! We compare our lives, financial status, how we physically look, our health, how we parent, our children, etc. I could go on and on. We compare their highlight real to our entire life.
We need to remind ourselves that we are all on our own path that is unique to us! We need to enjoy the journey and be THANKFUL for what we have! Encourage others and be happy for them in their accomplishments! “A flower 🌺 does not think of competing with the flower next to it, it just blooms!” 🌸❤️

The past few days I’ve been able to spend quality time with someone incredible that I’ve been losing touch with. For the first time in too long, I allowed myself to see her and her alone, stripping away the natural tendency to define her by association with what she’s working on or who she spends time with. I’ve been able to ask her countless questions like how she’s doing, what’s going right, what feels off and how are we going to fix it. I’ve gained clarity on her goals, who she wants to show up as and what she must let go of in order to truly reach her potential. I couldn’t be more grateful for the time to be still and get reacquainted with my independent, heart centered, sometimes clumsy, always learning self. ❤️

I Love shouting out this sweet momma today!!! I honestly love hearing her story and progress!!! She says... .
“I started this fitness journey when my second baby was 6 months old. My goal was to make exercise a priority again and make healthier nutrition choices (more veggies, more whole foods, and portion control). While nursing my baby, weight loss is not my number one priority.
I press play every morning. Exercising is the first thing I do everyday. And because I workout 6 days a week, "I'll do it tomorrow" is not a valid excuse. I do it every day, no excuses. I started with Beachbody PiYo workouts. It was just what I needed, low impact with stretching and strength. It kicked my trash, but I kept at it. After 3 months of PiYo I had lost 13 lbs, 12 inches, and a pant size. After 6 months I was down 20 lbs and 2 pant sizes.
Consistency is key.
I love feeling stronger. I love how good I feel at the end of my workout! I love knowing that I can do hard things! I love that I feel like "me" again! And I don't try to hide my body anymore. I'm not perfect, but I know I am working on it everyday.”
