Ok Ladies... since I got many questions about my hair's post yesterday, I'm gonna share my journey.
Although I'm new to this and still discovering the good products but I'll tell u what I know and worked so far.
I used to have straight silky hair growing up before I started my damaging processe through heating and coloring my hair since I was in school.
Until it was ruined , not straight and not anything else.
I used to wash it 4 to 5 times a week and heat it every time to look good.
Then I thought tab why not trying to switch to a girl with a curly hair 🤔!!
1- I STOPPED the heat completely.
2- washing my hair is down to 2 times only per week.
3- I took @hairburst Vitamins for 4 months.
4- I used @blesshaircream_conditioner to give my hair the curls and I have to mention that it's a product made by an Egyptian Lady 👏👏👏👏 with very reasnable price. I use it on my wet hair and crunch my hair with my hand to help it curl until it dries.
5- Using sulfates free Shampoo, I'm trying the @gkhairegypt GK shampoo now.
6-I do hair masks once or twice per week using Mayo, coconut Oil, olive oil, egg yolk, honey, I mix some and add to my hair for 2 hours or sleep in it, disgusting but it works.
7-I don't brush my hair wet.
8-I try to eat healthy, proteins, vegetables and fruits and drink enough water.
Last thing ... be patient, it takes time to improve and to the curls to develop, sometimes you will have bad hair days like my photo on the left..3adi 7'ales 🤣
And don't go crazy with coloring yr hair and be sure that it will be color over good texture.
For me I choose the good texture and stay safe with the coloring, keeping it in the natural browns colors and I wouldn't do it if my hair was not all white.
And These accounts helped and gave me hope @curlytalks @hif3licia @bouncecurl @thehairaddictofficial
