I could lie and say i crushed one of these workouts yesterday (Monday) and the other today (Tuesday)
I could tell you all the things im supposed to say
OR
I could tell you that on Monday my eye hurt so bad i did just ahout HALF the speed workout and it was a hard pill to swallow bc i didnt even get to the moves i wanted so badly to do! But i also had some major pain per the contact use over the weekend and there was NO WAY i was going to over do it.
Tuesday was a different story ... i cant remember how i have previously felt about strength 45 *altho im sure if you scroll back you can find it in my info lol* but i can tell you i felt SO STRONG during this workout and i really surprised mysef in my moves! And most of all, i did crush it!
I want Wednesday to be better than the last 2 days combined ... and i know it can and will be because i get to make that choice!

My super #tasty (if I say so myself) pimped #marinara sauce works brilliantly not just on #pasta but also as a #buddhabowl topping: here I have the usual massive #salad layer, topped with steamed #brownrice and the infamous sauce. Delish!
I ALWAYS cooke in bulk (at least 4 portions of anything I make): you can then eat slightly different versions of the same thing throughout the week or freeze any leftovers. Setting yourself up for success is a fundamental key to success in the long run. #maketheshift

I forgot how hungry I get when I’m doing two workouts a day😅 It’s rare that I do them but when I do I make sure I’m fueling my body with enough food to get my through the day without getting hangry.

This morning I struggled through the workout, I kept doubting myself, and I got frustrated when I had to slow down and modify some of the moves but the most important part is I DID NOT QUIT I kept pushing and got it done! .

Five years to the day.

Both were good days and I felt pretty confident about myself. Obvious difference nonetheless.

I want to say that not much has changed, but it has. And mostly, more stress, kids, and responsibilities. And... deciding to care and act on my health. And staying consistent to my health and my goals. And a lot of happiness.

I see you watching my journey. I see you checking in on our day. I see you.

When are you going to start? Some of you have told me you need change, but...
But... motivation.
But... work.
But... time.

I’ve had great successes because
1. I started and
2. I followed the plan.

1. When I felt that “itch” to start, I did. I didn’t suppress it or try to talk myself out of it, I just did it despite what the rest of life looked like (working full-time, an almost 1-year old, travels, upcoming holidays...). 2. I followed the plan for success that was laid out for me.
- Drink one superfood shake daily
- Follow this meal plan
- Exercise for 30 mins
- Drink your water

I did ALL of those things. I didn’t say, sure I’ll workout but I’m not willing to change my diet. I didn’t say, well I’ll look at my diet but I won’t drink a shake because “I like to eat my food.” I said “I’ve seen YOU (my Coach) have success, so I will try too.” I can help you

Just ✌️ weeks difference (with Halloween right in the middle 👻)...

I will say that I’ve realized one of my weird symptoms is random swelling (not just your typical “bloat”) and so that may be part of the change here...
.
BUT that doesn’t mean that I haven’t made PROGRESS the last 2 weeks.
.
Mentally and physically stronger, little by little 💪 .
Refocusing more on myself and prioritizing a little self care has definitely done some good ☺️
.
I’ve worked out/stretched every single day, and am practicing what I preach- BALANCED nutrition 🌱🍫
.
2 weeks left of this program, and then I’m doing it again to get even better- to continue building ENDURANCE, and to be ready for an AH-mazing new program coming in January ✨

Holy freaking shit!!! One week into ShiftShop Proving Grounds ((AKA prep week done)) and I'm already down 3 pounds and helloooo smaller waistline!!
