This workout is one of my hardest of all of them. I don't know why. No weight. No bands. No sliders.
But I find I concentrate on all the moves. And I look forward to this one ending more than the others.
Yup. It works everything in me.
Yup. I do it- start to finish.
Yup- this is the workout I'll be glad is do r with when I end 80 Days!
But I still pressed play. At 11:30 tonight. I still have my reasons for doing this and all the other workouts.
Would I have rather crashed my tired butt on the couch? HELL YEAH! But sleeping on the couch will NOT give me my results...whatever they are!
So...again... Screw it and do it!!! #mymotto
