SUPER excited to read a write up tonight about my $14 Goodwill dresser transformation!! I’m linking the article in my profile 😍 I went in to detail during the interview about the entire process, including my “balayage” chalk paint technique to get the exact look I wanted! . . I loovveee how this piece came out and I’m excited to finish up the matching coffee table (also a #thriftstorefind) and to finish styling this room!! 💛☺️ . . Paint: Rust-oleum Chalked paint in Charcoal and Linen White || Hardware: Amazon @rustoleumusa@makeitrustoleum . . . #diy#diyqueens👑#furnitureflip#upcycledfurniture
Another little corner of my dressing room. This part isn’t finished yet, I still need to get some frames up above my desk and add some accessories, but it’s getting there! The chair and desk were both DIY projects! #athomewithstacey
I'm enjoying ten mins with a cuppa before launching myself into the week - and also enjoying the sight of my upcycled tv cabinet that's finally in place! I was inspired by some amazing upcycling examples I had seen on here, deciding to have a go at making my own custom piece. Add some chalk paint, Mod Podge, a Joseph Christian Leyendecker poster and eBay handles to a former shabby cabinet...voila! .
Special mention to @cricketclaps for doing a splendid job of being the decoupage extraordinaire 🖤
Still can’t get this room to look the shade of pink it is, with ANY camera/light/photo editor 🤷🏻♀️ but anyway, this is REAL plant number 5 people!! And they’re all still alive 🙌🏻 My other half tells me some even need repotting?! Who knew that was even a thing?! #plantnovice#keepinglivingthingsalivesince2013#just
