This one is from the set up at West Hollywood and sharing some knowledge from my latest TRX workshop with professor @c.frankel.
First one, TRX Alt Front Lunge to I Fly: Straps mid length, you are standing facing away from anchor. Extend your arms right in front of your chest and while you are lunging forward, drive your arms over your head and move them down while you are stepping back, with keeping same pressure on straps and engaging your core.
Second one, TRX Rip Trainer Shoulder:
Base hand palm down, power hand palm up. Keep the Rip over your shoulder and press it right over your head where your bicep will be align with your ear.
