I see mamas posting about working out for their kids. I see others arguing that you shouldn't workout for your kids, but do it for yourself. .
People will always have differing opinions and that's ok. You'll never please everyone and not everyone will always agree with you or what you're doing. .
Don't let that bother you and don't let that stop you. .
I personally think setting a healthy example for kids when they are young is a good thing. I think involving them and having them enjoy fitness WITH you is also beneficial. .
I love that my girl loves her "exercise" and always wants to be active. No matter how young or how old ... being active can benefit us is so many ways. .
Instead of getting caught up in the debates, just do what you think is good for YOU and your little ones. .

You can't have a million dollar dreams on a minimum wage work ethic!

I always try to mix up my workouts and typically never focus on 1 body part or training type. Worked on balance, agility, core, strength & endurance this AM. My work ethic is there. I can admit that I have to work on my discipline for my diet😂 I can't help that I love wings, pizza & ice cream!

#armstuff day! I’ve worked up from 10lb on these (haha, don’t laugh. My upper bod is a slow work in progress) to 15lb, but I get bored easily, so wanted to try with the resistance band. Had to go down to 12.5lb but definitely changed up the feel of these. 🖤
