“I’m not going to lie. Switching from 6 days a week to 4 days a week, I was worried I wouldn’t see results. That I’d lose the progress I’d made. But this new program is doing my mind and body good. I’ve never seen these muscles or felt stronger. And I’m enjoying the treats and rest. Not to mention, I haven’t gained back one single lb. I’ve never been able to say that before.
