Meet Heather. She’s been doing our brand new program that we will be following for my Virtual Bootcamp - LIIFT4. Four workouts per week…30-40 minutes each…treat day PLANNED. 😍::Here is some of her story, in her own words:: 😍

“I’m not going to lie. Switching from 6 days a week to 4 days a week, I was worried I wouldn’t see results. That I’d lose the progress I’d made. But this new program is doing my mind and body good. I’ve never seen these muscles or felt stronger. And I’m enjoying the treats and rest. Not to mention, I haven’t gained back one single lb. I’ve never been able to say that before. I’ve broken the cycle of start, fail, guilt, start over again. I’ve made it my sustainable lifestyle! And it is actually FUN!” • • • • • • • • • • • • • •

Fitness and nutrition can sometimes leave people in bondage - feeling like if they skip a day of working out or have a bite of a treat, they are suddenly going to blow up and lose all progress. It's been quite a while since I did any of my workouts on the medicine ball. Going to get back into it with these to help with my stabilizers and balance. Going to diversify my training on preparation for NNL season 4!

Today we have a three-part chipper with muscle-ups, running and deadlifts.

One thing I've definitely been doing is staying consistent with my #100squatsadaychallenge For me when I fall off the workout wagon it's usually in the summer. Because, there is so much stuff to do & get into (plus the kid's are on break & drive you crazy). I haven't completely fallen off I'm just slacking a little. Me, I choose chocolate milkshakes, I have a super sweet tooth, not the biggest fan of salad, largely due to the fact that when I had my eating disorder that’s all I thought I was allowed to eat. But this, mmm yeah👌🏻 has the nutrition of 6️⃣salads and tastes NOTHING like a salad 🙌🏻!!!! Isn’t that nuts????⁣
