Tips for this drill:πŸ†πŸ†
1️⃣ When moving forward, work different combinations on the bag
2️⃣ When moving backward, work torso movement and guard your face
3️⃣ As I said above, you can finish the drill with a slide/uppercut or whatever you want
4️⃣ I like to punch the bag near where an opponents face would be (I’m 5’10” so I assume a little above that)

Return the treadmill to about 5.0 incline for the next three sets of exercises
3x 1 minute each exercise -left sided upright side shuffle (2.0-3.0)
-jog (5.0-6.0)
-right sided upright side shuffle (2.0-3.0)
3x 1 minute each exercise -left sided squat side shuffle (2.0-3.0)
-jog backwards (3.0) -right sided squat side shuffle (2.0-3.0)
3x -10 squat in outs
Walk for 20 seconds at the same pace
Complete the workout at 30:00 mins with an incline walk at 5.0 incline and a relaxed speed for a cool down

What you probably don’t see in the videos is that the treadmill is inclined to 10 and speed is 3.2 -
When I’m short on time I increase the incline to 15, speed 3.8 and I’m guaranteed to burn 100 calories every 10 minutes. Enjoy!🀩 -
