Ps. this is what my cardio looked like today. Sometimes it’s stairs, sometimes it’s plyo HIIT, sometimes its sprints or adhd on a treadmill
Today was 20 minutes
jump rope/boxing/burpees 🔄 make a plan, set a timer, and don’t stop moving. (That’s #whysoserious). Lot of mindfulness, little breath-work, little anger management, lot of LET IT GO 😤💦😅👊🏽#makecardiofunagain Where are my weekend warriors at?!
