Quick and easy recipe for a breakfast on-the-go full of nutrients #chocolatelovers pay attention:
* 1 or 2 eggs
* 1tbsp cocoa powder
* 1tsp baking powder
* 1 ripped banana
* 1/4 cup of oats
* Whatever you want to put on top, I put small pieces of dark chocolate, cut almonds and peanut butter.
Pre-heat oven to 395 and when is ready leave the breakfast cake in it for 8-10 minutes or until you feel is ready. ☺️☺️ #makebreakfastnotwar

Egg:
* 1 egg
* 1 white
* sauteed spinach
* 1/2 avocado
* Valentina hot sauce ☺️
Chia Pudding:
* I blended some açai powder with:
* Almond milk
* Coconut milk yogurt
* Honey
* 2 tsps vanilla
* 10 blueberries
* When the mix is ready, add 1/4 cup of chia
