Easy post night time yoga that was sooooo good! Two different cheese toasts, an Italian toast with sauteed tomato, parm, garlic, parsley, balsamic, and lemon olive oil and a Mexican toast with cheddar, tomato, cayenne, cilantro, green onions, and avocado served with a salad. Definitely on my make again list!
Yes I got to eat all of this!! 😰 good thing too because it was 7:30 and I was STARVING!! Nothing like a little mexican fix to cure hunger. Fingers crossed the hubby didn't take the leftovers for lunch. 😉 oh and the munchkins ate the crap out of it too!! #winningallaround
