I have really enjoyed my food today and each meal has been very filling. I'm loving having egg on a toasted thin in the mornings as I find it fills me up longer than cereal does. I do miss my cereal though!

Food diary for Saturday. Overall a healthy day. I took my own food to Manchester and even added some fruit to my treats plate tonight. Over 1400cals today but have stayed under all week which isn't bad for my first week on the reduced amount.
