I went to Whole Foods for the first time last week, and my mind is blown. I am amazed by all the gorgeous fresh veggies and meat... but then, at checkout they had PAPER BAGS (not plastic)! For once I didn't use my reusable cloth bags. I found out later, through research, that Whole Foods was the first retailer to carry Forest Stewardship Council certified 100% recycled paper bags. Pretty Awesome! Although, in the future I will use my cloth bags; to cut down on waste... but I was just so excited about the paper bags, I had to try them out once.
I also found some @repurpose products (assorted utensils, cups, etc...); 100% made from plants - NOT PLASTIC, and compostable within 90 days... So now I can use disposable utensils from time-to-time, on seldom occasion. #WholeFoods @wholefoods @wholefoodslex #WholeFoodsFaves
