My oldest and I made this dolly dress as a gift for her friend’s birthday. It’s the Dolly Nina pattern from @madeformermaids, and it was a lot easier than I ever thought possible. The idea of making teeny tiny dolly clothes made me want to stab my eyes out, but this really wasn’t bad! We eliminated the Velcro on the back and just modified the pattern accordingly. We are all pleased and now the girls each want one, or seven, for their dollies. 😉❤️ #dollynina#iloveisewibless#sometimesisew#sewforlove#madeformermaids
Why has it taken me so long to jump on the romper train?! They are so comfortable, and cute! I'm probably going to make like 5 more... Don't mind me, I'll just be in the sewing room all week. Oh wait. That's not unusual 😂
Turns out, when you have 5 daughters, you run out of good name options by the fifth and let your then 3 year olds choose the new baby’s name. One chose Alfred, one chose Margaret, like the new baby on her favorite cartoon. And so this girl became Maggie and a love of Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood was not optional. When I found this fabric in the store I got more excited than I should have. 😄 #wendysews#ourlilmaggiegirl#madeformermaids#m4msommer
I made me and Summer some matching shorts. Mine are Peg Legs from Patterns for Pirates and Summer's are Bonny shorts from Made for Mermaids.
Joggers are my favorite lounging pants right now. These were perfect for our quick overnight camping trip, they kept me cool during the day but are easy to transition into the cooler evening. Pattern is #mamalexiloungers from #madeformermaids fabric is French terry from #raspberrycreekfabrics
