Than make paste of tomato and keep aside make ginger and garlic paste next chop some onion and chillies than add some mustard oil in a kadhai add a bay leaf in the mustard oil than add the chop onion when onion turns golden brown next add the ginger and garlic paste add garam masala to the gravy keep on stirring till the gravy oozes out the oil than add the tomato paste mix it with gravy wait till the gravy oozes out the oil ...than add the boiled veggies and fried prawn head into it . Mix it with the masala add little water keep the ghanto on simmer flame for 10min . Ur prawn head ghanto is ready
