Let’s be real...not every ✨ day is perfect. It’s easy to think in today’s world,🌎 with social media as the main way we stay connected, to think everyone is happy living this perfect life.
The reality is some days just don’t go as planned...it could be Monday morning you are ready to start 👩🏼💻your day with an amazing cup of cold ☕️ brew and then the stress of work takes its toll at 9:01. Then perhaps you get home to find your living room flooded with an inch deep of water 💦. Cleaned up just in time to grab your brother from the airport ✈️ and he decides to get so drunk on his flight 🥃 (because he is scared to fly) that he ends up puking 🤢 in your car. I mean this of course is all 😜 hypothetical but could happen...
That’s why is to important to have an outlet for life’s daily stressors. My stress relief is working 🏋🏼♀️ out. Without a barbell or being able to sweat 😅 in a gym I’d go crazy. 🤪 If you don’t believe me ask anyone that’s close to me how I get if I don’t workout.🤬
Whether I’m feeling stressed, sick, tired or unmotivated I A L W A Y S feel better 💕 when I leave the gym.
Find your outlet: it doesn’t have to be CrossFit. Maybe it’s Yoga 🧘♀️ maybe it’s reading a book 📚 maybe it’s taking a walk on the 🏖 beach. But figure out how to alleviate stress and incorporate this activity into your week at least 5-6 times. I promise you’ll see your quality of life and 🙃 happiness drastically improve. ⠀
