I’ve heard so many stories where CrossFit allowed someone to get off all their πŸ’Š medications, or allowed someone to carry their πŸ›’ groceries up their stairs for the first time in 10 years. I had one older athlete who slipped while on his roof and he caught his gutter and was able to pull himself back up and over the roof. β €

I mean this of course is all 😜 hypothetical but could happen...

That’s why is to important to have an outlet for life’s daily stressors. My stress relief is working πŸ‹πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ out. Without a barbell or being able to sweat πŸ˜… in a gym I’d go crazy. πŸ€ͺ If you don’t believe me ask anyone that’s close to me how I get if I don’t workout.🀬

Whether I’m feeling stressed, sick, tired or unmotivated I A L W A Y S feel better πŸ’• when I leave the gym.

Find your outlet: it doesn’t have to be CrossFit. Maybe it’s Yoga πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ maybe it’s reading a book πŸ“š maybe it’s taking a walk on the πŸ– beach. But figure out how to alleviate stress and incorporate this activity into your week at least 5-6 times. I promise you’ll see your quality of life and πŸ™ƒ happiness drastically improve. β €
