I 💓 fruit with breakfast! My normal breakfast is a high protein smoothie that includes bananas 🍌 and strawberries 🍓 & I have had the same breakfast for a long time 👱🏼♀️
I’m prepping for a figure/bikini competition so I am looking to avoid drinking my food as much as possible. That rapid digestion isn’t ideal when you’re in a caloric deficit. Whether it’s weight loss or contest prep, no one enjoys feelings of hunger.
I made this delicious crepe instead, packed with protein and topped with the fruits I love! I just mixed my egg whites with my protein powder, added some vanilla and cinnamon, then cooked it on medium heat with some non-stick Pam spray. I used the warm pan to heat up my frozen strawberries, measured my orange 🍊 and banana, and voila!
