1๏ธโƒฃ Blend 2 1/4c of oats, 1/4c of cocoa powder, 1/2tsp of baking powder, and 1/4 tsp of salt in a food processor until you reach a flour consistency
2๏ธโƒฃ Add 1/3c of cashew milk, 1/2c of maple syrup (I used @waldenfarmsinternational #sugarfree syrup), and 1tsp of vanilla extract and blend until fully combined
3๏ธโƒฃ Add 1/2 can of sliced beets (+1/3c of the beet juice) and 1/2c of black beans and blend until the mixture had formed a brownie like batter
4๏ธโƒฃ Stir in chocolate chips (I used the vegan @enjoylifefoods) and pour batter into a baking brownie pan. Add extra chocolate chips on top if you are a chocolate love like me and bake in the over for 20-22 min on 375

There are still people texting me that I eat unhealthy "crap". And when I ask them "don't you eat any junk or chocolate ?" They answer with "no I only eat healthy and clean.. oh but sometimes or at the weekend I allow myself lots of it"... -> aka pointless-bullshit cheatday...
Pls remember, only 1 or 2 small meals a day consist of junk. I eat 4k or more on training days, my regular food is based on unprocessed, healthy, micronutrient-rich stuff.
Today I was starting my day with scrambled eggs, bacon and vegetables andย  a smoothie which consisted of 350 g fruits, 250 spinach and protein. I DON'T POST EVERYTHING I EAT. AND IIFYM DOESN'T MEAN YOU CAN EAT JUNK THE WHOLE DAY LONG!!! .

Esse auch wahrscheinlich mehr Gemรผse und Obst als die "nicht trainierende" Bevรถlkerung, 500 g - 1 kg Gemรผse, 300-500 g Frรผchte sind Standard bei mir.. Entweder kann keiner, oder wills keiner lesen... Ansonsten sieht man ja auch in der story mein "normales" Essen..
