It’s been a fun but restless weekend over here... and I may or may not be hiding in my room after a much needed Sunday nap. ☺️ Pretending to be productive because I’m at least THINKING about what I’m gonna pull together for dinner when I venture down into the chaos.

Happy Sunday!! 💕 I got up early this morning and had some overnight oats and headed off to see Jurassic World 🦖 with the family and loved the movie. I still can’t seem to keep my hands out of the popcorn 🍿 every time I go. 😬

Tonight I made Lasagna for dinner. I am testing out some new recipes and cant wait to share them with all of you. I want to make the Lasagna one more time and change a few things before I share it but macros for the one I made tonight was P23/C23/F6. Made 12 servings. I paired it with 2 ingredients breadsticks 🥖and a salad.🥗

I weighed in at 183.5 this morning. A normal BMI at my height of 6’0”. Project: Fat 2 Fit 2 Fat 2 Fit Began on January 29th, 2018.

A.) January 29th, 2018 - March 21st, 2018:

To start, I got a thorough health screening done.

I ate 5000+ calories a day for the next 52 days straight. During that time frame, I exercised 20 minutes a day, 4 days a week.

I gained exactly 30 pounds. This 30 pound increase moved me from a normal BMI to obese.

B.) March 21st, 2018 - June 24th, 2018:

This was step 2 of the project. I “signed up” for Macroholics and went from 222 pounds to 183.5 pounds in 94 days.

From an obese BMI to a normal BMI. The final video documenting this series is coming tomorrow!

Just grilling up some veggies and chicken tonight. Do I have enough? 🤔😂

CAKE BATTER #OATBRAN 🤩🍰ok I promised to post the recipe that I use to make my oatbran for those of you who don't know how to view it in my instastory 😜! ✨ Bring 1 cup water to a boil with a tea bag (flavor of choice)
✨ Allow to sit for a few mins and squeeze the teabag. Place 1 serving of oatbran + 1/4 cup milk (I use fairlife) + stevia + pink salt in the pot and stir over low/medium heat for 5-10 minutes
✨ Next add in 1/4 cup eggwhites (I used @muscleegg cake batter flavor) and keep stirring for a few more minutes
✨ Finally add in 20g (1/3rd serving) of @lilbuffprotein cake mix and stir for another 5-10minutes
✨ Allow it to sit for at least 20-30 minutes to thicken. I put mine in the fridge overnight and eat it cold the next morning
✨ Top with anything & Enjoy!! 😋
