One pangasius fillet left which needs using up. I absolutely dislike the texture and tastelessness of this fish 😷 I couldn't even finish my dinner but I hate wasting food. I just don't know how to use up my last fillet and make it a vaguely enjoyable meal 😢

I’m pretty much addicted to tahini lately, I feel 80% of my fat intake has come from that stuff the last couple of days😂🙈. Cool thing is that it can be used for both sweet & savory things (which I didn’t know before seeing ppl on ig making like cookies with it😲)

Bowl details👇:
1. Bottom salad layer: red cabbage, spinach, fresh cilantro, red onion mixed w/lime juice
2. 1 whole zucchini roasted & like 3 small’ish sweet potatoes also roasted (about 1lb of sweet potatoes)
3. 1 can of black beans + 200g of mukimame. Just roasted both of these for like 10 minutes
4. Tahiniiii🤤. Just mixed the tahini with a little lemon juice + salt&pebber

This is an example of a pretty carb heavy bowl with the sweet potatoes + beans, and then some fat from the tahini. Probably 1000+ cals in this which I know is a lot for some of u but ur boy is hitting 3k daily so I neeeed these calsss😆. The “formula” of these bowls can be done in both a high calorie & low calorie way though. I could essentially swap the sweet potatoes with maybe some roasted squash or cauliflower or something like that, and swap the tahini for a lower calorie sauce like a salsa or a Greek yoghurt dressing, and just by doing that this bowl would probably be 500-600 cals instead of 1000+. So my point is just that the volume of food doesn’t always indicate the calories, so u can still eat as much even if u are on lower targets, if ure just efficient with ur ingredients. Anyway hope u guys are having a greattt weekend ❤️🍾

PB Oreo, Pumpkin Cheesecake, and Apple Cider.. not the BEST ice cream I’ve had, but more so simpler flavor creations done pretty damn well. The PB bass was pretty strong, pumpkin cheese cake was by far the best with those cheese cake chunks, and look at those apple pieces in the apple cider🐷 and of course graham cracker crumble on top👌🏼 .

Normalmente me duermo pensando en que desayunaré 🙊 pero me ha pasado que cambio todo a última hora y bueno, es más divertido así 😂. Soy fiel creyente de que improvisar y perder el control de cuando en cuando es muy relajante, fluimos y nos dejamos llevar 🍃
Esta vez mi desayuno iba a ser unos overnight oats súper chocolatosos y muy fríos, con muchas nueces y por ahí un toque de yogurt congelado, nada de eso paso 😂. Desperté y cuando abrí el refrigerador solo quería comer algo caliente 🔥, soooooo le puse un tilín de polvo para hornear y al microondas por un minuto 🕑.
Mi base esta vez fue:
🍫 3 cucharadas de copos de avena de @nutrifit_peru
🍫 2 cucharadas de proteína de vainilla (pueden sustituir por harina de avena o integral)
🍫 1 cucharada de harina de linaza de @naturandes.pe
🍫 1 cucharada de cacao en polvo de @chocoplusperu
🍫 1 sobre de edulcorante (si tienen stevia mucho mejor)
🍫 1/4 taza de yogurt natural o vainilla, mezclado con agua 💦(para soltar un poco, pueden reemplazar por leche vegetal)
👩🏻‍🍳 La noche anterior, mezclamos todo en un bowl o taza y al refrigerador. A la mañana siguiente añaden 1/4 de cucharadita de polvo para hornear y 1 minuto al microondas a potencia medio alta.
👉🏻 Mis toppings fav 💕 siempre son hojuelas de coco 🥥 de @somosbio, coco rashadu, canela en polvo, maní 🥜, todos los berries que encontré 🍓 y 🍌.
Más fácil imposible y también se puede consumir solo sacándolo de la refrigerador. Opción vegana 🌱 y perfecta para los amantes de los postres a cualquier hora del día 💁🏻‍♀️.
