So both have benefits!
Choosing white rice is definitely not a 'bad option' if you prefer it and you are having a well balanced meal. Also if you are keeping to specific macros (calories/carbs/fats) white rice could be a preferred option.

😍😍 Tak tohle si nechám líbit 😋 a hned 2x...Proteinová banánová roláda s čoko-avokádovým krémem a čerstvými jahodami 🍈🍓🔝🔝🔝
Recept na 2 porce ( jednu velkou roládu):
🍌 1 rozmačkaný banán 🍌 40g žitné mouky 🍌 20g banánové mouky ( rýžové mouky)
🍌 11g vanilkového proteinu 🍌 2 žloutky 🍌 50ml mléka 🍌 stévie a prdopeč 🍌 2 vyšlehané bílky
Smícháme vše dohromady, nakonec vmícháme bílky a pečeme na pečícím papíře cca 15min. Zkusíme špejlí, sundáme papír a zarolujeme do čisté utěrky. Necháme zcela vychladnout a připravíme si krém: 🍈 půl avokáda 🍈 150g Goldessa light 🍈 50g tvarohu 🍈 10g kakaa 🍈 stévie 🍈 1čl želatiny za studena
Avokádo si rozmixujeme, přidáme vše ostatní a důkladně vyšleháme. Potřeme roládu, na krém dáme ještě kousky čerstvých jahod a zarolujeme. Zabalíme do alobalu a dáme chladit alespoň na 3 hoďky. When #salmonburgers on multi-grain English Muffins sound good, you go all out. Topped with fat free feta cheese and avocado spread on a few butter lettuce leaves, then paired with a creamy coleslaw and some roasted Brussels sprouts because I was craving some today. I did not mean to have that much fiber 💩, but it'll be all good, I'm at my normal intake anyways.

Over 200 pictures posted on the #gram. I know that isn’t a lot for some people, but for me that is a lot of selfies. It’s been interesting to see the shift in content posted over the years as it’s clear that fitness has become more and more of a common theme. The reason I find this interesting is because it isn’t like fitness has become any more important in my life than it was 3 years ago. In fact, I spent much more time in the gym back in those days and was a lot more concerned with making sure my nutrition was on point. Based on this, I have to wonder if I was concerned with the perception other people would have of me if I showed some of these things. Have you ever sat around and poked fun at a #fitspo account? I’m not proud to admit it but I know I have. I’d like to think that this fear wouldn’t alter my actions in any way, but it appears (even if it was subconscious) that might have been the case.
It wasn’t until I started sharing my passion that I reaped rewards that I never could have even dreamed of. I’ve literally connected with thousands of people, created some of my closest friendships, traveled all across the country with brands I represent, and became a much better person because of it. It would have been a shame to have let anything, much less the opinion of others, prevent all of that from happening. “Live, and let live”

Breakfast doesn't have to be boring! Just 5 simple ingredients! This is my base recipe that can be slightly altered to fit anyone's needs!

Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, place mixture in a small baking dish and bake in oven at 325° for 25-30 minutes
