This dish takes me back to my apprenticeship days in Goa where we were served this dish as part of our staff meal once a week.
This Portuguese influenced dish is very simple to prepare and packed with flavour.
A paste made of spices, red chilles, ginger, garlic and vinegar is stuffed in the fish and then fried in a very hot pan. Give it a go... you will not be disappointed
