My raw vegan superfood pudding to go, easy to make and such a treat. I made this one now to take with me for work. First I blended 4 mandarins and one banana, added 1 tsp maca, 1 TBS lucuma powder and 1 tsp cinnamon and little bit water. Once blended, I poured it into my container, added 2 TSP white chia and stirred it well, topped with one more banana, chopped, handful of frozen wild blueberries, little bit of coconut chips and placed it into the fridge until tomorrow morning. Maca Cocoa Smoothie Bowl 🤤 amazing for breakfast or a snack when you need a little energy boost!
I am constantly going on about how amazing Maca is- and if you’re a woman who suffers from low energy, libido, or hormone imbalances I highly recommend it! It completely irradiated my hot flashes, nausea, extreme fatigue, and dizziness before and during my period and made the entire thing so much more bearable - I’ve been supplementing with it for two years now and I couldn’t recommend it more!

Smoothie:
1 banana
1 scoop of chocolate protein powder (I used a chocolate pea protein)
Splash of nut milk
1/2tbls Cocoa (or cacao)
1/2tsp maca powder
Handful of ice
