하나님과 함께하는 독일여행- Lutherstadt Wittenberg (2018.04.23 - 25 일기)

베를린에서 1시간 30분 거리에 떨어진 비텐베르크에 왔다. 오는데 U반이 파업(?)같은걸 한건지, 고장이 났는지 출발을 안하더라. 계속 내리라고만하고.. 기차 예매를 12시 31분 껄로 해뒀는데 이래저래 M버스를 타고 Hbf(중앙역)에 도착했더니 12시 31분이 넘어있었다.

어떻게든 되겠지하는 여유로운 마음으로 DB 인포마치온에 가선 예매한표와 당황스런 얼굴을 보여줬더니 유창한 독일어로 "Wittennerg?" 하셨고, 우리에게 다음 기차 시간표를 내어주셨다. 우린 기쁘게 그것을 받았고 1시간이 넘게 남은 시간동안 fish&chips를 사서 먹고 있었는데 13시 15분(우리가 받은 기차시간) 우리 앞으로 기차 하나가 지나가더라. 우리는 그게 우리 앞에 와서 설줄 알았지.. 기차가 글케 짧을 줄 몰랐지.. 그렇게 우리는 두번째 기차를 놓쳤다.

다시 DB 인포마치온에 가서 이번엔 우리 기차 놓쳤어요.. 하며 시간표 다시 받은 종이를 내밀었더니 교대한 직원이 우릴 보며 아무말 없이 다음 기차를 친절하게 끊어주셨다. 독일에서 기차를 놓치면 걱정할 필요없이 미리 끊어둔 티켓과 어떡하지...? 하는 표정만 들고 인포마치온에 가자. 그럼 친절한 직원이 다음 기차를 끊어준다.(ㅋㅋㅋ)

그렇게 도착한 비텐베르크! 비텐베르크는 종교개혁의 시발점인 일종의 성지다.

1. 슐로스 교회 테제문. (슐로스가 독일어로 castle이란 의미라 성 교회라고 불린다) 마틴 루터가 <95개조의 의견서>를 작성해 1517년 10월 31일 자로 만성교회의 목조대문에 붙였다. 종교개혁의 시작점이라 볼 수 있는데 대문은 1760년 화재때 소실됐고 교회도 1813~4년에 크게 파괴됐댄다. 1858년에 복구한 청동문으로 저기 빼곡히 새겨진게 95개조의 의견서 내용 전문이다.

2. 슐로스 교회. 원래 여기 레지덴츠 궁전이 있었는데 프리드리히 3세에 의해 고딕양식 궁전이 지어졌었댄다. 이곳에 대학교가 설립되면서 대학의 부설교회가 됐었단다. (그래서 성교회) 대학교는 7년 전쟁때 파괴됐다. 오른쪽 원형 첨탑에 루터가 작사한 대표 찬송가 <내 주는 강한 성이요>(Ein' feste Burg ist unser Gott) 가 새겨져있다.

3. 슐로스 교회 내부. 설교단 아래에 루터 무덤이 있다. -루터가 30년간 설교한 시립교회 (성 마리아 교회)는 촬영하려면 돈 내야해서 사진이 읎다.. 4. 우체국ㅋㅋ 기계 고장났더라. 엽서 보낼까 싶었는데 다음 기회에! 라이프치히 가서 우체국 찾음 보내봐야지!

5. 나무다. 저게 Luther Oak가 맞는지는 모르겠는데 그래보여서 찍었다. 슐로스 교회 뒤쪽에 있더라. Luther Oak (루터 나무) 는 마틴 루터가 95개조 의견서 낸 3년 후 파면당했었는데 그때 공터에서 파면교서와 로마 법전을 태워버린 기념 나무란다. -슐로스 교회를 보고 느낀건 정말 성스럽게 지었다는거랄까. 화려하기도 화려하거니와 어쩐지 열과 성이 느껴지는 교회였다. 95개조 의견서는 세부적인 내용을 완전히 이해하진 못했지만(독일어는 못읽고 영어는 단어가 어려워서) 간간히 보이는 것들이 굉장히 논리적이었다는 것이 기억난다. -작고 평화로운, 교회 종소리(시립교회)가 계속해서 들려오는 마을. 종교개혁의 기념물들이 곳곳이 널려있는. 숙소가 좋은 탓에 (특히 주방이) 독일 김치로 김치찌개도 해먹고, 일단 육적으론 채워지고 있는데 보는만큼 영적으로도 채워지길 바란다. 게을리 하지 않고 늘 깨어 기도하기를, 말씀의 중심을 붙들기를.
