How many of you sit at your desk or computer like this 👉🏽🙇🏽. This type position, especially after a long day creates:
•Upper back /Neck pain
•Radiating pain down to your arms
Those are just list a few. With this position the upper traps are stuck ⬆️to your ears 👂🏼causing trigger points and muscular tension leading to pain producing postures.
👩🏻💻Step by Step:
1️⃣Be aware of where your shoulders are when sitting (shrugged vs down and back)
2️⃣Maintain elbows closer to body
3️⃣Keep desk or chair at reasonable height for better positioning.
Less pain = More productive = Win 🙌🏽
