There are A LOT of things that are out of my control today and I’m not going to sugar coat it... IT SUCKS! But there are 2 things that are 💯 in my control and that is what I eat and pushing play on my workout. Waking up this morning and noticing that my 30 minute workouts and portioned nutrition and superfoods are working. .
It’s the small changes I see that motivate me to keep going. I no longer feel the need to obsess over the scale or cash diet just to binge 3 days into my “diet”. I feel at peace that the small slow changes I am making each day using these easy tools are leading me to success. .

Just stop. The thing about people is we can be quite cruel to each other. If you find yourself in a place where people would rather watch you self destruct than succeed, you don't need to change anything but the company you keep. You are, simply put, worth more.
