It is with great sadness that I report that Lucy Pearl is no longer with me. Lucy Pearl had characteristics that were unique to a piggy princess so, she was a destructive little piggy. Lucy was fascinated with chewing on our wood doors, wood trim, hardwood floors and other furniture in our home. Because this was a unique behavior, my trusted advisor (in the world of mini-pigs) didn't have the answers on how to remedy these issues. Everything that was suggested, I tried. Then finally, out of panic, I made the call that I will regret for a lifetime... Lucy Pearl attacked my chihuahua over some watermelon. I was never told not to feed my piggy and doggies together (until after the scuffle) so, I did and the attack occurred. That's when I called the person that I got LP from, stating that I needed to return Lucy Pearl. I have been heartbroken ever since and believe that I should've done more research to help remedy my unique princesses bad behavior. Moral of the story... I was going to go back and get her but, when I picked up my phone to make that call, a text was waiting for me that she already left for her new forever home (within 24 hours of me dropping her off). I will never see Lucy Pearl again and I struggle with this decision on a daily basis. Because of this, I ask that all of you do your research and don't act hastily or out of panic when it comes to returning a fur baby. Worst decision of my life. I'm so sorry Lucy, mommy loves you and you are always welcome to come home. #LucyPearlsOfWisdom_Piggy #mommysgirllucypearl #biggirllucypearl #daddysgirl #DaddyCallsMeLP #furbaby #funnygirl #helpfulpig #littlepig #minipig #pig #snout #petsofinstagram #pigsofinstagram #pigsareawesome
