It's NOT about patterns, it's NOT about sectioning. It's all about placement 🔑🔑
When adding depth back into the hair there's a few important things that should be considered....
1️⃣ If going darker by ✌🏼or more levels you should be filling
A. This will prevent the color from being hollow
B. You will prevent muddiness
C. You will get more longevity
2️⃣ Know your client...does your client change colors often, do they want to be light again later?
Knowing this will help determine what you should use
3️⃣ When overly blonde 💁🏼 veer on the side of caution....meaning it's better to start out with a lighter level. You can always go darker later. It's much harder to take them lighter if it's too dark 💁🏻. 4️⃣ Lastly....more is less when adding dimension back into the hair. Unlike lightening where a little goes a long way, lowlights need to be more significant in order to have any impact 👊🏼👊🏼👊🏼
Happy 😊 Coloring
