Remember the other day, I posted about feeling so BLAH 😩... how I’d been over eating... too many corn chips... guacamole...deep fried dill pickles 😍french fries... cake.. .
With digestion issues, IBS, food intolerances its a battle, and when I eat crap, 💩 generally I PAY for it for days.... Not to mention EXHAUSTION, gas, clothes feeling SNUG and the number on the scale UP... Hard to lose... SO easy to gain.

Healthy eating, superfood shake with digestive enzymes and a top of the line probiotic, 30 minutes of fitness.... and I’m BACK in business after 3 days 🙌💕

Taking care of your health is a LIFESTYLE meaning you WILL have days/weeks/months when you go a little overboard😬😬😬... but the TRICK is learning to DIAL it back in cause who really wants to feel like crap all the time?? #notthisgirl

Can you imagine it? The life without flare ups? Seriously. Imagine walking into a restaurant and checking out the decor, smelling the deliciousness, and feeling excited to eat... and not even considering where the bathroom is. Imagine your best friend as she says, “GIRL. I’m FOR REAL. Let’s road trip over spring break.” Your response? “GIRL. YES. Let’s Pinterest some pit stops RIGHT NOW!”... and not even hesitating to consider the rest stop trajectory or what’s going in your emergency kit. The whole problem... is that you keep saying “I can’t even imagine!” when in fact you CAN. But you’re scared and can’t push yourself to go there cause “what if t never happens?!” Well this no-sugarcoat-coach is calling BULLSHIT on you. Trust the timing. It’s perfect. Focus on the progress, which TODAY might be just imagining. And feeling it as if it were happening. Your gut will heal when your mind believes. .

made this smoothie bowl yesterday morning for breakfast. keeping it real & have made better bowls before. just needed a little touch of sweetness to tie in the flavors. doesn’t it look so pretty though ||
2 handfuls of kale
1 cup almond milk
1 tsp maca powder
70 g pineapple
1/2 banana
2 pieces of frozen coconut
cinnamon
toppings :

Not going to lie... Getting back on the wagon, cutting out the crap is hard work some days, but when you eat better... you FEEL better... and as crazy as this sounds it totally makes me a better wife and mom too.

Cannot wait to see what is going to happen over these next 8 weeks.

SALTED CARAMEL BLONDIES 😍🍪🍫 (low fodmap, vegan, gluten free) I used my regular blondie recipe (on the blog) and added 3 tbsp Bickford’s salted caramel coffee syrup (sold in Coles), and then in place of chocolate chips used a chopped up Cadbury Dark Salted Caramel chocolate bar (this was the only non-vegan ingredient) but could easily swap for your fav vegan chocolate bar!
