Here's a calorie comparison that was recommend to me from a close friend 👯

After posting over 50+ Calorie Comparisons & Fixes, she decided to take a look into some of the foods she regularly ordered... you know, just to see if there were any sneaky calories she didn't know about🕵️‍♀️...

A few days later, she reported back with an interesting finding about one of her go-to breakfast at Panera — the Skinny Caffe Mocha w/ a Wild Blueberry Muffin...

A "skinny" Caffe Mocha? Must be the best choice... it says skinny!💁 A whole wheat and "wild" blueberry muffin? That sounds like something our cavemen ancestors would eat! 😉

That's ☝️sorta what she was thinking before conducting this little experiment👩‍🔬... so when she discovered that her regular Panera "light breakfast" was upwards of 700 calories, she was in total shock! 😨🤦‍♀️...

Now, here's the cool part ▶️▶️ knowing how I design my Fast Food Fixes, she looked for a way to reduce her calories while still enjoying her latte with a blueberry flavored pastry, and this is what she came up with! (Proud friend moment 👏😢)

HERE'S YOUR FIX ✅: even though the Caffe Mocha is "skinny," it still has more calories than the regular old latte 💁‍♂️

In regards to choice of pastry, you're usually better of skipping the Muffin in most scenarios. Typically, they're locked 'b loaded with hundreds of sneaky calories. Plus, they just end up leaving crumbles in the corner pockets or your driver seat 😤...

In this fix, we're switching out ↔️ the high-calorie muffin for the lower calorie bagel flat with a half serving of low-fat blueberry cream cheese 👌

noch jemand Bock auf ratz fatz TIRAMISU? 😍😍 Dann legt los, für diese Variante braucht ihr keine 10 Minuten. Ich hab es letzte Woche ja schon mal gemacht und angekündigt, dass es das diese Woche erneut geben wird. 🍫500 g Magerquark
🍫30 g Eiklar von @pumperlgsund (Werbung)
🍫Flüssigsüße
🍫Rumaroma
🍫Flavdrops Cappuccino von @nutriful (Werbung)
Zutaten einfach verrühren.
Für die Keksschicht:
☕Kaffee kochen (ich hab einen Espresso in der Senseo gemacht)
☕Flüssigsüße und Flavdrops Cappuccino unterrühren
☕6 Löffelbiskuits darin tränken
Nun Creme und Kekse schichten. Dabei mit etwas Creme beginnen, 3 Kekse drauf legen, dann wieder Creme, 3 Löffelbiskuits und mit Creme abschließen. Das Tiramisu durchziehen lassen und vorm Servieren mit 🍫5 g Backkakao bestreuen.
Die ganze Schale hat folgende Makros:
545 kcal, 4 g F, 58 g KH, 69 g EW

60g mąki migdałowej. odtłuszczonej .
30g odżywki bialkowej (najlepiej smak naturalny).
5 kropel aromatu FunkyFlavors.
20g pb2 bananowego. .
♡przygotowanie:.
Rozgniesc banany widelcem.
Dodać resztę składnikow, wymieszać dokladnie.
Przełożyć do silikonowej formy na donuty, piec w 180°C przez 20 minut.

Martes de receta ✌🤗💪
Les comparto algo que hago siempre que puedo para comer en casa. Me gusta porq pueden quedar húmedos o crocantes y le puedo agregar lo q quiera!
Son cuadraditos de coco, sin harina. Super livianos, cero empalagosos. Les paso y pueden mandarme como les queda! Cualquier duda me consultan.

Necesitan:
* 140g de coco rallado
* 100 g de azúcar (o reemplaza por el endulzante que te guste)
* 60g de frutos secos levemente tostados y procesados (que no se haga manteca porfavor!) Yo use almendras, pero pueden usar nueces, avellanas, macadamia, son libres!
* 2 huevos
* 1 cdita de extracto de vainilla * Agregale.. lo que quieras! Algunas ideas: chocolate en trozos (negro o blanco.. el q te guste, cucharadas de dulce de leche, frutos secos en trozos, quinoa en copos (no más de 2 cdas colmadas), semillas, pasas, nibs de cacao. No se si se les ocurre alguna otra cosa! En la foto tienen nibs y pasas 🤗

1. Batimos un poco el azúcar con los huevos. Solo mezclamos no hace falta llegar a ningún punto.
2. Agregamos la esencia, el coco y el polvo de frutos secos (si haces leche vegetal puede ser el excedente de esta, secado y procesado).
3. Batimos hasta integrar y agregamos el resto de ingredientes.. todo lo que le quieras sumar. No te sarpes! El coco tiene q ser el protagonista.
4. Colocas la preparación, que queda medio pastosa, en una placa con papel manteca. Aplastamos y extendemos para formar 2 rectángulos grande de no más de 1,5 cm de alto.
5. Llevamos a horno precalentado en una temperatura baja, 160°C como máximo. Y ahí están hasta dorar. Yo los dejo 30 minutos.
6. Una vez tibios los cortas en cuadraditos más chicos y los guardas en bolsita o algún frasco hermético
