Breakfast: ☑️☑️ Decided to switch things up a little this morning. I skipped my usual #bulletproofcoffee and had a cup of broth with a 1/4tsp of #nosalt for added potassium and then had one of my favourite breakfasts. It's super quick and easy (if you pre-chop your zuchinni) and so delicious. A couple eggs, scrambled with crumbled bacon, sauteed zuchinni (salt and Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb) and half an avocado topped with a sprinkle of salt and the Trader Joe's Everything But The Bagel seasoning that everyone is always posting about. I hope everyone's #wednesday is off to a great start!!!

Well today was one of those days...I didn’t get my workout done in the morning, which hasn’t been happening a whole lately anyway 😬🙈, and then I had a fairly stressful day added on...so when I got home from work I decided to use that energy in a positive way and get a workout in, 😀🙌🏼💞instead just sitting in the couch and stuffing my face with some junk food.😬🙈 I did a 30 minute leg workout....each clip is just s little 30 second snipit of the exercise but actually each exercise was 1 minute, with 50 seconds of movement and then a 10 second hold at the end....looks easier than it is!! 😬🙈🙌🏼💞 lol I feel quite a bit better now!! 😉👍🏻💞 #athomeworkout #struggling #consistencystruggles #strugglingwithconsistency #stressrelief #energyshift #gettingbackontrack #happyhealthyfit #supportandaccountabilitycoach #mindbodysoul #fitandfabinmy40s #21DayFix #Lowerfix #legday #legdayadayearly

Day 3 done!! Sorry no videos yet. I gotta get through this. It was hard bc my knee and I had to sit one exercise out, but not before at least trying. My knee quickly gave out so I chose to sit out and not hurt myself. My left knee is extremely weak. But at least I tried! That's what counts. It's ok to sit out if you have to, but at least give it a try!! I still wish I could jump in and keep up, but I have to remember, this is NEW to me. I haven't worked out like this in over 6 years. 7 almost. I worked out but not intensely. Not everyday beside cardio like walking. So my body can't take much, but the most important thing is, though I modify and might have to sit out, every little bit no matter how small counts! It's working and I'm improving!! Sucks my first week is the week we women dread, so I feel super sick, but even then, ladies you CAN do it, just stick it out!! I made excuses but when they said it was worth it, I promise it REALLY is worth it! And yes I would huff and roll my eyes and say "yeah ok Susan." I didn't listen, I stuck with the lie I burned in my head that "I can't because... " but change that to I can because! Because I want this and I'm TIRED of being sick, I'm TIRED of being overweight, I'm TIRED of not being able to keep up. Because I WANT TO LIVE, I CHOOSE LIFE! I run things, they DON'T run me! You'll see those negative thought erase, and new life begin. You will push through that pain, go that extra mile and not give up! You find meaning, and let me tell ya, put Jesus first.. I didn’t always have the drive to be my biggest supporter, heck I still struggle sometimes, but I’ve stopped quitting. 🙌🏻 I’ve stopped becoming a victim of my excuses. I’ve started W A N T I N G it bad enough. So yesterday, when I had zero WiFi at my house, I decided to write down my work out from memory and crush it anyway. 💪🏻Without the professional giving me inspirational quotes throughout. Without the team sweating along side me. It was just me. Me and my goals and damnit I’m D O N E feeding my brain shitty excuses when I know damn well I’m capable of whatever the hell I set my sights on. I wasn’t raised by a strong, single, driven Southern woman to have a million dollar dream and a minimum wage work ethic. No mam.💁🏻‍♀️ You make time for the things you want whether you realize it or not. Sitting and scrolling Instagram for an hour, binging Netflix, or working on yourself F O R yourself...it’s all the same. What are you doing with your T I M E? With all the traveling and work lately, it’s been hard sticking to p90x3 lately but I still need to get my butt in shape for #dragoncon so I started 21 Day Fix a couple days ago. Kicking my ass but it’s a fun change from the routines I’ve been doing for a while.
