Pamiętaj o "przyklejeniu" barków i miednicy do maty i prawidłowym oddechu (zaangażujesz mięśnie do pracy)💪
1- opuszczanie nóg (powoli!!) 20x (po 10 na nogę) z wydechem!🌬
2 - przyciąganie pojedyncze nóg z oporem 3s. 20x Wydech na opór!
3- przyciąganie nóg w pozycji rozciągania pośladków 10x (powoli powrót!) powrót - wydech
4 - opuszczanie nóg do momentu kiedy trzymasz plecy przyklejone do maty (bezpiecznie jest do połowy drogi do podłogi czyli kąt 45 stopni) 12-15x opuszczenie - wydech
5- kołyska bez dotykania stopami podłogi 10-12x
