200ml boiling water ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Pour in an ice cube tray & leave to set for an hour in the fridge. This whole plate has only 75 calories, most of which are from protein. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
