午餐時間😍顏色很美也很多的炒飯😳但其實主角是臭豆啦💚你們愛吃臭豆嗎?我超級愛的耶😳可是拔臭豆是一個很大的工程,拔好一顆顆的臭豆之後要再切半拔芯,最重要檢查裡面有沒有蟲蟲😳一顆接一顆…一顆再一顆…等拔完之後感覺自己都老了半年😵話說,這是我第一次煮臭豆炒飯 不小心手殘 油下太多😂未來必須要好好練習煮炒飯了🙈好像還少了一粒荷包蛋 下次我再補上🍳🤤重點,這盤是室友的😳我的根本沒有這麼美(就是一盤散飯的概念)哈哈哈哈😂室友告訴我她第一次吃臭豆,她覺得不錯吃~他以前都不敢吃,因为以为是臭臭的味道😂我的第一次獻給妳的第一次💕感覺還不賴😆喜歡煮東西給別人吃,看別人滿足的表情,那樣我就覺得很幸福😍

早安❤️早上起身做早餐發現麵包發霉了😭好難過 幸好剩最後兩片沒發霉 立馬拿來用 然後把其他的丟了😵今天記得放起司了😳雞胸肉用醬油+辣椒粉醃製再煎超級無敵好吃 我真的屢吃不膩😍這樣的三文治我也是屢吃不膩😆且 吃下去很有飽足感😳最近都忙着找实习工,自己也觉得好迷茫……不懂要去哪里实习,要思考的事情也很多:可以学的专业、交通、住宿、薪水等😨因为实习之后就直接做工了……所以想好好找实习的工作😂所以有人要请我吗?我的专业是心理学😳我会做早餐给你吃🙈我也会是个很有爱的同事哦😆哈哈哈😆

午安🌤今天午餐很豐富喔~剛才滷了一鍋料🤤都是用我剛才share在ig story的黑曬油滷的~真的超級香🤤應該可以吃上一兩天🙈終於學會滷豆乾了~是大哥之前教我的~試一次成功😬肉、蛋、豆乾都是滷好之後才切的喲😊還有,豬油是好油喲,不要害怕吃(雖然這裡可能有點多)哈哈哈哈哈哈哈🙈

早安,星期二❤️今天有酪梨雞胸肉三文治🍞本來我只是用酪梨塗在麵包裡面,結果不知不覺越加越多東西(雞胸肉&蛋)😆然後就變比較厚了😋

麵包是昨天去馬六甲的時候買的🙈很明顯,被我弄殘了😂因為我手殘,把麵包切壞了😂還有一杯牛奶,現在喝牛奶習慣➕肉桂粉了😂加了比較好喝這樣😜應該是心理作用😆

昨天還和爸媽一起看電影(我來自紐約2),這部電影值得看,推喲😚是部充滿洋蔥的電影😳喜歡這類型電影的人可以看喲😇且,用學生價買戲票看電影真的很爽😆畢竟便宜了半價呀🙈

早安❤️星期一🙈好開心,FYP 1交了🙈我終於有時間可以好好吃飯、睡覺了😆可以手作早餐真的很幸福😳尤其是這種一整盤的,看了就莫名療癒🙈因為一大盤,就覺得不會餓到的說🤣

星期六,早安😆等我打完這篇文字應該是午餐時間了🙈有關注我的朋友都知道我最近真的是被FYP虐待的說😂時常日夜顛倒,更不用說手作早餐,有多的時間我真的甘願睡覺,就這樣睡死算了😂😂😂(啊 🙊不是啦😆開玩笑的)我還想畢業的 不想英年早逝🤡雖然做FYP的日子很痛苦,可是每每想到自己快要結束大學生活的時候,就莫名不捨。有人跟我說,出社會也是大學啊,就是社會大學,就換個地方被虐待的意思😆雖然我下個學期要做FYP 2,但是我還是會很想念和teammates一起做FYP 1的日子🤣極痛苦,極壓力,可是極開心,因為朋友都太有同學愛了😍所以FYP 2的時候我們一起繼續被FYP虐待唷😂話說,我還在倒數交FYP 1的日子……真的快了😂可是之後還有FYP presentation😏然後還有大考耶🙈這表示什麼?這表示我這個學期快結束了喲😆結束我就放假去😆😆😆12月快到了~有聖誕節🎄❤️雖然聖誕節好像不管我的事情🤣可是我很喜歡聖誕節 很美很浪漫的季節❤️🎄#其實聖誕節還有一個月😆

大家午安💓最近都特別忙😨我依稀記得前天我累到涼都沒有沖直接趴在床上睡覺🤦🏻‍♀️每天都不懂早上和晚上有什麼差別…看著窗外天亮到天暗 再從天暗到天亮…甚至聽見公雞的啼叫聲🐔🐔🐔因為都在通宵做FYP(畢業論文)🤷🏻‍♀️在外讀書還有很多瑣碎的生活事要打理😅所以真的是累趴了……呃,這是必經之路嗎?😵爆肝的概念🤢🤢🤢然後覺得可以好好吃飯、好好睡覺就很幸福了🤣就這麼簡單 什麼都不強求哦🙈下個學期也是要做FYP🤔有一種生活叫做爆肝到畢業之前🤡很多朋友叫我好好珍惜這種生活,因為畢業了肯定會想念😂我很珍惜在這裡讀書的時間,畢竟剩不到半年的時間就要離開了😶學校🏫很美,環境很好😊只是我確定我不會想念熬夜做FYP的日子,因為真的好辛苦😂熬夜也只會越來越肥罷了😂我喜歡規律的生活作息💓(人老了是這樣的😂)然後啊今天午餐有番茄炒金針菇、煎雞胸肉(也是用greek yogurt醃制)&清炒西洋菜💚我來小小介紹清炒西洋菜~通常大家對西洋菜的印象都是用排骨煲湯,我其實也不懂西洋菜可以拿來清炒🤷🏻‍♀️直到之前在bukit tinggi(馬來西亞彭亨州的一個小鎮)哥哥帶我去吃才知道可以這樣煮的哦😋大家有機會可以自己嘗試喲🤗PS:還是大家平時也有拿來清炒,是我自己鄉巴佬不知道😂如果是可以告訴我🙈🤣🤣🤣畢竟每個地方飲食文化不同嘛,來來來,互相交流喲😘

It’s almost a new month so time to think what are my goals for November...
To focus on my nutrition! Everybody comments on how healthy I eat but I always have room to clean it up! I do great Monday- Friday and then Saturday hits and I get lazy and eat whatever is in the house or do fast food for 1-2 meals. Then Sunday I meal prep and have no energy to cook. But no more excuses! I told myself I will stick to 100% healthy eating and no cheats meals until Thanksgiving! I can do it!

I was feeling good about myself 🙌🏻⚡️it’s amazing how even though we abuse our bodies, even though we put shit in there that doesn’t belong, even when we curse her and tell her she’s fat and ugly, she still finds a way to wade through the gloom and come out sparkly on the other side. I love my body, because she is amazing at bouncing back and showing me that no matter how hard I fall, she will always be there to pick me back up. ❤️
