Well... I know it's been a while since I last posted, but there's been a really good reason! I'm preggers 😮 yay!!! 🤗 About two weeks after the honeymoon I found out I was all knocked up. Such happy news, but definitely not something that was going to help me with any sort of weight loss goals 😂 I'm 14 weeks now, and finally out of the morning sickness phase, although not altogether out of the sleepiness/laziness phase. So I figured it was just the right time to make some changes, and make this pregnancy a healthy one. Does anyone out there have some healthy mommy to be tips for me? I've just started walking 30 min a day, and will try to build up to more. But after so many weeks of not doing anything but sleep, eat, and throw up, even walking is a challenge. Lol. Please please please share some healthy mommy instas with me!
