Some of you are starting to take some holiday breaks during this time of the year.. this is great, we all need to recharge once in a while! But whilst you are on holiday make sure to take good care of your body (and mind) by keep moving: in the morning when your energy is higher, dedicate a few minutes to connect with your body, stretch, activate your feet, arms and legs, do pelvic floor exercises... and then finish this session practising relaxation in preparation for labour and birth.
Take the time in your day to nourish your body, your mind and your baby!
