I am still trying to keep at it... proves difficult when you are fighting your own inward battles. But i do know that working out helps keep me from overwhelming sadness.

Shoulders and core down. Added a plank after the workout to. Looks like something I need to work on daily again to get it back up to the time lot I was at.
I moved at sloth speed to get here but I did and I'm happy for it.

For the first time since I hurt my ankle at the end of October I got under the squat rack and it felt soooo good. I still don't have the flexibility my ankle needs but it for sure is getting better.
Between each set of squats I did a round of box jumps.(I could jump since October either without pain)

I'll get back to my beast mode self but at least I know it's coming along.

Leg day tuesday. I made them my bitch now watch them make me submit for the next couple of days.

Back and bicep day. Started with 10 minutes on the stairs. During "rest" between every set i did a minute of either planking (elbows and side), crunches, bridges (aka hip thrusts), or burpees.
Ending with 20 minutes of cardio conditioning on the treadmill.

So much for me being tired. Foes to show you that your body can surpass the mind.

Thought it was leg day but my schedule told me otherwise. Happy chesticles and tricep. Those are important too. Bur ed out my atms to the point my arms shake if im holding my phone lol.

Love me some muscle fatigie. Always end my workout in a sauna. Now that im back drinking a gallon plus of water a day i sweat buckets and it feels soooo awesome. Get some stretching done in the sauna at well.
another day down. Ill be bavk to my normal grind shortly. Still kicking this colds butt instead of vice versa but no excuse.
