Love me some muscle fatigie. Always end my workout in a sauna. Now that im back drinking a gallon plus of water a day i sweat buckets and it feels soooo awesome. Get some stretching done in the sauna at well.
another day down. Ill be bavk to my normal grind shortly. Still kicking this colds butt instead of vice versa but no excuse.
