Saturday sweat sesh! 💃🏻🏈😜
Two weeks into this program and it has totally surprised me and exceeded my expectations. Honestly, I was a little apprehensive to do this Pilates/yoga program because I didn't feel like it would give me a good enough workout (I'm usually a cardio and weights kinda girl) 🙋🏻 but it is challenging me in ways I didn't know was possible and it's making me feel a whole lotta those good stretches while strengthening at the same time.
So I gotta say, I'm proud I trusted the process and am sticking with it - because I have the plan and calendar all laid out in front of me and that makes it so much easier to stay committed. 💯💯💯
