☝🏼ⓆⓊⒺⓈⓉⒾⓄⓃ: Does 21 consecutive days of working out (30 min at home) sound like a lot to you? 🤔 If you'd ask me that before I started coaching, I would have said an immediate yes 😂. But guys, honestly, is 21 days a lot? .
"They say" it takes 21 days to build a habit. Well a habit such as working out can change your whole mutha effin life. 🙌🏼(Promise you will gain a lot more than you lose 😉.) Knowing what I know now, 21 days seems like a small sacrifice to make and if I knew that I would feel THIS good, I would have started wayyyy sooner. .
But I get it. I never pictured myself working out everyday until I found my coach and saw her doing it. She showed up consistently EVERYDAY and showed me what was possible! 🙇🏼♀️I had to get clear on my vision 👁 before I could really develop the belief in myself and TAKE ACTION. I'm grateful AF that I found someone to not only motivate/inspire me, but to actually GIVE me TOOLS and HELP me START. 👯
