Acharei-Kedoshim in a Nutshell

Leviticus 16:1–20:27

Following the deaths of Nadav and Avihu, G‑dwarns against unauthorized entry “into the holy.” Only one person, the kohen gadol (“high priest”), may—but once a year, on Yom Kippur—enter the innermost chamber in the Sanctuary to offer the sacred ketoret to G‑d.
Another feature of the Day of Atonement service is the casting of lots over two goats, to determine which should be offered to G‑d and which should be dispatched to carry off the sins of Israel to the wilderness.

BOX STEPPIN’ ✌🏼haha OMG this triggers me!!! My mind gets super twitchy, and as I approach the box, I’m already talking myself out of doing it. All the resistance I used to have towards exercise/ fitness kicks in and I create negative emotions in my body.
It’s funny Cos I was unaware of my self-sabotage for so long. I just totally avoided exercise....not making time for it, forgetting my trainers 🤣 my kit, my sports bra etc. It took me years to sort myself out and get focused.
The way I overcome the resistance now is to focus on my breathing straight away, as soon as I hear the monkey mind kicking in. I get out of my mind and into my breath straight away. It works so well 👌🏼👌🏼
