Who else had a Friday night gym session?! Did my 3rd leg day for the week and I'm pretttay satisfied with how my lifts went this week. Gym was dead of course so had my own little jungle gym to myself 😂 there's literally nothing better than an empty gym, amirite?! Oh and yes, that is back fat you see over there. Do I care? Nope. | Motivating af to see the progress I've made so far, but it's definitely far from where I wanna be. There's still so much to learn and I don't think that'll ever end. Never compare your body to another persons because everyone is different, no one will have the exact same body as you. Short-ish people problems with lat pull downs💃. A short/light workout is better than no workout! Today's deadlifts ended my Deload week and Sunday starts my peek!! Only 6 weeks out from my first @uspapower meet!💪 ... After this meet, I've decided to take a prolonged off-season to focus on hypertrophy work and form corrections. Although I'm obviously super stoked to crush the numbers I'm hoping for, I'm really excited to start putting on more size and to stop looking like a #stringbean! (There's no string bean emoji so here's some corn🌽)😂 ... For those of you who powerlift and are still reading, do you ever feel like you get into some kind of post-meet depression mood? Kind of like feeling weak because you're not hitting the numbers you just did/know you can. I dont know, maybe it's just me.🤷‍♀️

In honor of todays chest day: One of my favorite excersices for upper chest--> Incline dumbell flys! I like to start my workout with a fly movement before I start the pressing movements. This one ist my favorite and I never miss it in my chest workout. Nice stretch at the bottom and good squeeze on top of the movement💪

Another successful workout in the books! Life isn't about how fast you can get to the finish line, it's about how many people you've helped along the way. I met a guy named mike today at the gym. He was watching me do front squats and asked if I'd show him how to do them since he's been wanting to try them out. My goal in life is to help myself by helping others 💪🏻

"Nicole if you flex any harder you may pop something.." 🙄 I wasn't flexing that hard I promise. Wasn't even shoulder day but my delts wanted to come out and play. Did another light weight/high rep/set workout for back and arms today and I got to say I've been loving it a lot and I've been getting such a good pump from it. You don't always need to pick up heavy Shit 😂💪🏻 anyways, happy Friday Jr. !

Peak ist da💪 Seit dem ich mein Armtraining ungestellt habe, haben sich meine Arme kontinuierlich verbessert. Ich habe früher immer Bizeps am Rückentag gemacht und Trizeps am Brusttag gemacht. Das hat mir nie wirklich was gebracht. gewachsen sind sie erst nachdem ich einen extra Armtag eingeführt habe! Die Arme leben vom Pump! Macht keine Wissenschaft daraus, sondern pumpt die Arme schön auf und bringt Blut rein. Immer auf die Kontraktion achten und möglichst mit Supersätzen arbeiten! Das hat bei mir am besten funktioniert! Aktuell liegt der Unfang bei ca. 47 cm (kalt). Im Training bei ca 49/50💪

I finally had a leg day that fell on #HumpDay! WOOHO. Lol. Went very very light today and was surprised by the pump I had. Focused a lot on form, activation, and mind-muscle connection. My 🍑 was on 🔥. With light weight I always do more reps/sets and have shorter rest periods between sets to keep my heart rate up. To say I was sweeting like a pig would be an understatement 😂 did anyone else train legs today/night?!
