One of the biggest tips I give people who are new to fitness is to track everything, diet and workouts. People go to the gym and throw around weights, but tracking your workouts is essential for progress, and to make sure to constantly improving week to week. To record my workouts I've been using a new fitness diary app called @fitkeeperapp. It's a very efficient workout tracker and full data base of exercises. You're about to track workouts (Weight, sets, reps etc), your weekly progress, weight lifted, statistics and a lot more. You know ... just do whatever makes you happy and do what feels right. We all take chances and sometimes those “chances” don’t end well but how would you know if you never did/tried it? Life is all about taking chances, experiencing new things, and doing whatever you think will benefit yourself. We’re human, we don’t know everything. We don’t know how things will turn out until we try them so get out there and experiment life ! (To a certain extent people) Feeling a type of way about life tonight if ya’ll can’t tell ❤️

#sundayfunday ☀️ gym, grocery shopping, pool, took the dog to the park, and now time to cook a nice dinner and meal prep for babe and I ❤️ - I’m not shredded and I’m not lean but I am happy in my own body and loving my life and that is all that matters!

Finally managed to have myself a good workout! I only took a week off but I feel like it's been way too long. My lifts have went down by about 10%, and I've even lost a bit of motivation but whatever. I missed the pump and getting into the zone! Time to get back on the grind, have a good weekend!

Hey look! You don’t need to go to the gym everyday to have/keep muscle! I’ve been crazy busy the past month which resulted in me not being able to stick to my normal 5 day training split routine. Did I completely fall off track? Nope. Did I loose all my muscle? Nope. Things come up and we’re busy. You don’t need to dedicate all your free time for the gym, make it a hobby - not a chore. Make it fun and don’t over work yourself. Happy Friday Jr. !!
