Who else struggles with #worklifebalance ? Is it hard to take a step back? Or to ask for help?
In this #community most of us deal with having too much to do with too little time.
"You didnt get to #Graduateschool by being lazy" is a fav quote right now. Sometimes I forget this and let #impostorsyndrome tell me I "should" be doing more. That feeling of inadequacy can force us to try things that are scary or be more productive than we thought possible. But sometimes, we find ourselves #committed to the max without a clear way to lessen the load.
I #LOVE running @ph_d_epression - your stories and messages provide #motivation and #support! I am NOT going to stop doing this
We exist story-to-story at this point, and soliciting stories takes a lot of time! Maybe you think your story is boring, or others will tell it better. I promise that's not true! For now, we are cutting down to M-W-F stories instead of trying to fill the space. But still, we need your words!
So, I'm asking for your help!
1️⃣ How do you know when you're #overcommitted?
2️⃣ What steps do you take to rebalance?
3️⃣ Do you or someone you know feel brave enough to share a story? PLEASE DM us or check the website (link in bio) - it could be one sentence of #vulnerability and #honeaty, it could be up to 2,000 characters. Your #courage and #effort help our community.
You're all #amazing and I'm excited to keep reading your stories! #visibilitymatters - Susanna
PS- these are pictures of my other "accidentally huge" time commitments. (August to Now). Almost 9 months after adopting these adorable rats, I wouldn't change that decision for the world.
