When in Helsinki ....eat smoked or cured fish. These are just a few of the selections on offer at Vanha Kauppahalli, one of the city’s colorful and very pretty historic market halls. It’s hard to believe there are so many ways (and seasoning blends) to preserve fish.
Left over salmon from dinner last night means...salmon patties for brunch! I did not eat salmon until a few years ago. Now it is one of my favorites. Usually have it twice a week. Wasn't sure if I would like salmon patties. These turned out so delicious. A new favorite now! 😋👍🏼 . .
