Progressive run from 10km/t - 12.5 km/t to obtain race pace (4:57km/t), then kept pace until goal pace was achived before adjusting to that for the last couple of km ending the last 5k with 5:28/km goal pace. Glad to see my hardware worked flawlessly today. Last runs glitch was absent.
Coach note was on-par today: "Life" can often get in the way of your training but I encourage you to prioritize your workouts. Most of us find that if we get in our exercise, everything else in life is better so be disciplined to get in your workouts.»
Fatigue 3 out of 5. On the low end zone and heart rate wise, perfect for an easy run. Yet it did feel hard, as I do enjoy the feeling of wanting to go harder there was no such urge today.
