Flying high above Canyonlands with @moabadventurecenter
Canyonlands National Park in Southern Utah is phenomenal… and HUGE.
The 527 square mile park has three districts: Island in the Sky, The Needles, The Maze separated by the Colorado and Green Rivers.
75% of visitors go to Island in the Sky, 21% go to the maze and only 1% make it out to Needles. Needles and Maze districts are very hard to get to without some extensive driving and hiking, so we decided to fly high above and get a bird’s eye view of the parks dramatic landscape.
I captured this sight from our six-seater plane booked through @moabadventurecenter! From high above you can truly see how this landscape has been created by nature’s winds and rains.
