These are questions that I get/hear all the time!! These are good questions because I used to be the person asking them just like you.
I never knew what pre workout to take.
Whenever I would take one, I would feel like bugs were crawling all over my skin and I HATED IT. .
I’ve been on both ends of the spectrum.
I didn’t take preworkout for a super long time before I started using MegaWatt V2. I was afraid to try anything else because I thought it would have the same effects as all of the others, but that’s definitely not the case with this!!!
Since I have started taking MegaWatt, i have had such a great mental focus in the gym. I don’t crash after 30 minutes like I used to. .
This pre workout from @1stphorm has 300mg of caffeine per serving. How much to take? Well that all depends on you and your tolerance to stimulants. I take a full scoop; however, what works for me may not work best for you! My suggestion when trying a new preworkout is to start with 1/2 a scoop to test effects it has on you and go from there!!
MegaWatt doesn’t have as much pump ingredients like Project 1, so if you’re looking for a bigger pump you can always go with Project 1! I have personally never tried it, but I have heard great things about it and I plan on purchasing some soon!! Or if you’re a late night workout person, AlphaCre is a non stimulant pre workout, so it won’t keep you up all night! .
