My meal prep was on point this week!
Baked a spaghetti squash to save for “pasta” dishes this week & baked chicken for my salads.. decided to get crafty one night. I sautéed white mushroom, green onion, 1 chicken breast, & about 2 cups of kale with 1/2 spaghetti squash in olive oil. Dashed with some Old Bay Seasoning... oh my goodness... Tasted like a buttery seafood pasta dish 🙌🏼
